My name is Hannah. Last year for the first time ever I decided to loose some weight. Having never been on a diet I was sceptical but have since lost 3.5 stone, dropped 3 dress sizes and found an amazing love for health and fitness. Thought I should write about my journey and hopefully inspire some people to do the same- from one none dieter to another :)

If this is true then right now I am
A heady mix of mince pies, Galaxy chocolate, wine and pasta and have been for many days.
